Saturday saw the group head to Cappoquin, Aglish, Clashmore and home. Sunday’s group headed to Bonmahon and Kill before going across to Kilmacthomas and home through MahonBridge.
Out cycling were Dzintar’s Klava, Keith Walsh, Michael Keane, Mark Power (DMCC), Mark Power (DCC), Frank Browne, Siobhan Dunphy, Vincent Feeny,Pat O’Driscoll, Liam Rossitor, Michael Moloney, Pádraig de Búrca and Emma Walsh.
Weekend spins will continue to meet at John Foley’s Kilrush on Saturday and The Square on Sunday, both at 9.30am.
BEGINNERS WELCOME
The group is open to all new cyclists; both speed & distance are agreed on the morning of cycles. Come along with your bike (racing or mountain), helmet, food, water and just a little enthusiasm. Support and advice will be given.

WEEKEND SPINS
Good sized spins took place over the weekend.
Saturday saw the group head to Lismore, Tallow, Youghal bridge and home. Sunday’s group headed to Lismore, Ballyduff, Tallow, Camphire and home through Cappoquin.
